I’m a fan of Lift-Run-Bang. It’s primarily a powerlifting blog that has some really good nuggets. Paul, the author,has articles over at T-Nation and is a big strong dude. Anyway, I thought his article on underrated training concepts was good and deserved to have a wider audience for those of us trying to lift heavier and get stronger using the big lifts.
I can say that I have been maximizing rest and recovery and not lifting very frequently. Despite the fairly low volume of work, my lifts are all at lifetime highs.
