Motivation – be flexible

February 8, 2014 by AverageMarriedDad 1 Comment

Don’t be so rigid in how you live your life. If you find yourself with excessive energy or inspiration for lifting, for writing, for anything, take advantage of it. Don’t just throw it away since it may not be there tomorrow.  Just because you’ve knocked out a “good” workout today, or your blog post for today or played with your kids “some,” if you are in the groove, keep it up. Do some crazy workout that will leave you sore tomorrow.  Write a second or third blog post, and maybe work toward your book too.  Play with your kids, then take them sledding or to a movie or zoo or to the nearby cave too.  Because tomorrow, maybe you don’t have that spark or are off-kilter, and even if the training log says it’s leg day, maybe you’re not up for it.  That’s ok too.  Ebb and flow people. Be flexible. Better to do several things great in one day, than be average during several days.

There are not any MACYS printable coupons on your behalf
right now. Direct Buy charges an up-front membership
fee and also annual fees to maintain the membership, but they promise discounts in the neighborhood
of 40% off all purchases (which include door-to-door delivery), and about 25% off contractor services.
Your own confidence will quickly mirror your look, creating a very positive circle of
    success.
